Another successful day for Contact The Elderly with afternoon Tea and entertainment at Kinlochard Village Hall. Caroline Learmouth Development Officer arranged for the following groups to attend
Saffrey Miller’s afternoon in the hall – 5 groups from Glasgow, 1 from Erskine and one from Helensburgh. They were slightly fewer in number than last year but are looking forward to next year when we will be able\ to accommodate more people a lot more comfortably in the extended hall. This year we were very fortunate to have Ian Milligan (Callander) to entertain us Ian was ably assisted by Alastair on the bongos as well as a lot of sing along from the groups.
We were fortunate with the weather and all had clear skies to make the
most of the views on the way up. Midgies got the best of things on departure but by that time nobody minded.
