The RACMSA Rally of Scotland is returning to Scotland with competition taking place in Loch Ard Forest on Sunday 9th October.
There are some changes to the running format this year which will hopefully enhance the experience for both spectators and competitors.
Two new stages are being run within the Lochard Forest, titled Loch Chon and High Corrie.
· Loch Chon starts a mile or so west of Stronmacnair, and finishes above Blairvaich.
· High Corrie starts 1 mile below Blairvaich and follows a long continuous loop out to Drymen Road then back through Clashmore to finish below Deer Craig.
There will be ample spectator opportunities, however, there will be a charge for cars seeking to park within the forest.
· Spectators wishing to view at Loch Chon will be directed through Kinlochard up to Aqueduct area.
· High Corrie stage may be viewed from several locations, with car parking being controlled at Lochan Spling and over at Drymen Road.
Security personnel will be located at car parks and within the forest and police out riders will be on patrol at Manse Road, and throughout the local area.
Activity starts around 10.50am at Loch Chon and after two passes through both stages last cars should leave the area around 3.30pm
There will be an opportunity to view the National B cars being serviced at the Wool Centre car park around mid day.
